The annual YOUNG ARTISTS FESTIVAL hosted by RE:Frame Youth Arts Center is a place for young artists and cultural creatives 13-24 years old to share with the public the power of the arts to drive change for human rights, public health, and environmental justice.
This event is FREE to the public. Attendees experience interactive workshops, live painting sessions, performances, art exhibition, and more.
